Through recent years and now in 2026 as the NCN Steering Committee meets, we’ve kept asking “What are people looking for, who long to share their lives deeply with other believers? What on-ramps and helpful resources might we offer community seekers?”

Here’s a list — chances are at least one will be news (good news) to you if you’re looking for Christian community to share life in deeper ways.

  1. Networking with other Networks: We keep adding to this list of overlapping networks.  CCDA, The Ekklesia ProjectParish CollectiveShalom Mission Communities, and The Anabaptist Community Development Network are just a start.

One well-kept secret: ACDN offers (free) pass-through membership in CCDA. Hearty thanks to our friends at Everence, helping practitioners of Christian community development to support one another in practical ways.

  2. Find a Christian intentional community in your region. NCN Communities list and map, plus this list of communities that welcome visitors with contact info.

  3. 50 insightful essays on Christian community and related topics. Some are still being written. (Others we are still digging out after our website upgrade! You’ll see them soon.)

  4. Opportunities to support community-seekers gathering this September in Kentucky for a 4-day conference. You can even come too! Watch for the registration form and sign up to be kept updated.
Our Substack content will remain FREE for everyone. Any financial support for our work is greatly appreciated, and needed: We’re all volunteers.

  5. Hot tips for organizing a gathering of communitarians & friends… from years of doing this. You may even request a NCN person to coach you on planning a gathering in your region.

Let us know if one or more of these is interesting or helpful to you.
Get involved in NCN if you’re intrigued — we’d be happy to chat with you.

Friends from Saltillo, Mexico delight us on an evening of the 2024 International NCN Conference at Camp Loucon, Kentucky. This year we’re meeting there again on Sept 24-27.
