We are using a “Pay As You Can” pricing model for the gathering. The price listed reflects the actual cost of the weekend, but if price is an obstacle, pay what you can afford. There are additional discounts, including one for large families and a 10% Early Bird discount if you register and pay with check or ACH by June 30th. Cancellations by August 31 will receive a full refund.
