• We have rented the entire Camp Loucon facility for $16,340 in order to have more lodging options, the use of a commercial kitchen (rather than the tiny kitchen we had in 2022), better venues for meetings, and better locations for childcare close by, with less transition time.

• We are anticipating meals for approximately 175 adults and 70 children.

• Some subsidies to help meet prohibitive travel costs for those coming great distances, and for those leading the children’s programming.

• $70 - Adults (ages 15 and up)

• $35 - Children (5-14)

• Free - Children (0-4)

• Lodging for three nights:

• $12 per adult (15 and up) for camping

• $50 per adult for bunkhouses

• $175 for a private room (some rooms can sleep up to 6 people)

• Families with 3 or more children only pay for the first 2 kids.

Put aside $25 a month and you will be almost there by October! We’ll be glad to work with you to make this work for you, if you want to come.

NCN is a volunteer-network (except for a small four-hour a week stipend for our Saltillo, Mexico-based administrative director.) We do not seek or receive grants from funders or foundations. Our yearly overhead costs amount to about $6,000--apart from gatherings. This is covered by support donations from around a dozen communities in the network.
